Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been processed by our team, a 15%–20% cancellation fee may apply if you request a cancellation and are approved for a refund. This fee accounts for time spent processing, sourcing, and prepping your build.

At SlayStation PC, we’re committed to your satisfaction — and to being transparent about what qualifies for a return or replacement. Please review the policy below:

Returns for Prebuilt PCs
You may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your SlayStation PC if it meets one of the following criteria:

a. Shipping Damage or Hardware-Related Performance Issue
If your PC arrives with visible shipping damage or is experiencing a hardware-related malfunction, you may be eligible for a replacement.

b. What qualifies as a performance issue:
Hardware issues that directly affect functionality — such as a failing hard drive, defective RAM, or non-functioning CPU cooler — are considered valid reasons for replacement.

c. What qualifies as shipping damage:
Any physical damage affecting performance or appearance, including broken components or major dents in the case.

Non-Faulty or Cosmetic Returns
If your PC is returned and determined to be fully functional and undamaged, SlayStation PC reserves the right to return the system to you in its original condition. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

Refund Policy
Due to the high costs and labor involved in custom PC integration — especially as a boutique operation — we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we are happy to provide a direct replacement for any system that meets the return criteria above.
